📋 Portal Upload Procedure — How to get your changes onto the portal▼
Save the calendar: Click 💾 Save HTML in the Admin toolbar. The file LSHTA_Calendar.html downloads to your computer (usually C:\Users\Terry\Downloads\).
Verify your changes: Open the downloaded file in Chrome or Edge and confirm your events appear correctly. This is your safety check before sending.
Move to your archive: Copy the downloaded file to C:\Users\Terry\LSHTA\Portal_Files\ so you always have a local backup of the current version.
Email to Cedar Management: Send the file as an attachment to Teneshia Kragness. Use the email template below.
Confirm the update: After Teneshia replies confirming the upload, open the portal calendar in your browser and verify the changes are live. Hard-refresh with Ctrl + Shift + R to bypass any cached version.
Attached is the updated LSHTA Community Calendar file. Please replace the current LSHTA_Calendar.html on the Lake Susan Hills portal with this version.
Thank you,
Terry O'Toole
Board Secretary, LSHTA
Tip: This same workflow applies to any portal HTML file (Handbook, Forms, Street Map, etc.) — save locally, email to Teneshia, confirm the update is live.
